Terms
These terms cover your use of UrusGent. Connecting a WhatsApp number means you accept them. Last updated 13 August 2026.
You need a registered business in Malaysia and a WhatsApp number you control. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anyone you give access to.
It answers your customers from the details you enter. Opening hours, services, prices, and questions you have already answered. It replies in the language the customer wrote in.
UrusGent does not confirm a booking, agree a price you have not set, take a payment, or tell a customer a slot is free. Those wait for you. A price in a reply is one you entered; if you enter the wrong one, the reply carries the wrong one.
Check your hours and prices before you connect a number, and update them when they change. A customer who is quoted last year’s price was quoted from your record of it.
Messages travel on the WhatsApp Business Platform, so Meta’s terms bind you alongside these. Meta can suspend a number that breaks them, and we cannot overrule that. Do not use UrusGent to send bulk marketing to people who did not ask for it.
UrusGent is pre-launch. Features will change, and it will sometimes be unavailable. We do not promise a level of uptime yet, and we will not pretend otherwise until we can stand behind a number.
We are liable for what the law requires of us and no more. We are not liable for business you lose while UrusGent is down, or for a reply drawn from details you entered incorrectly.
Stop whenever you like. Disconnect your number and ask us to delete your data, and we will. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms or Meta’s, and we will tell you why.
Malaysian law governs these terms, and the Malaysian courts settle any dispute about them.
